Position:          Junior Accounts  Executive/Accounts Assistant

Qualification:   Diploma/Degree in Accounting

Job Description:     

• Manage revenue inflow for payments of vendors/ suppliers/ fixed costs/ etc. and cash surplus.
• Managing accounts receivables/ payables vendors/ from/ to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Managing accounting and management systems for the company including preparation of a full set of accounts, bank account reconciliation, debtors/ creditors statements. 
• Preparation of invoices, expenses analysis, payments vouchers, receipts and update daily cash flow position.
• To oversee and ensure accurate and adequate maintenance of financial records.
• Familiar with common accounting software’s, eg UBS, etc.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or part ACCA or Professional Qualification in Accountancy/ Financial Management.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in a related position is a definite advantage, however fresh graduate is also encourage to apply.
• Must be hands on, detail oriented, dedicated, able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
• Pleasant, approachable, hardworking with good communication skills.
• Candidates without qualification but with experience are encouraged to apply.
• A team player and mature disposition with confidentiality assured.
• Willing to travel and work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

TECHNICIAN 1

Responsibilities:

·         To implement, maintain and support System & Networking.

·         To maintain and support computer hardware and integrate application software with team.

·         To perform Data Backup and recovery on all servers, laptops & workstations.

·         First point of contact for all hardware (servers, laptops, workstations, network, peripheral, etc) and responsible in performing troubleshoot and repair.

·         To perform system setup and configuration of computing peripherals such as printers, CD and DVD read/writers, monitors, scanners and other equipment as necessary.

·         To perform first level maintenance and support for hardware (servers, laptops, workstations, network, peripheral, etc).

·         To perform basic networking maintenance tasks such as user creation and assignment of rights and permissions. Should be familiar with DHCP, DNS, IP, network traffic routing, WAN, LAN and internet connectivity.

·         To ensure all hardware (server, laptop & workstation) and network is free from viruses.

Requirements:

·         Diploma/Certificate holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

·         Working knowledge in Windows XP, Vista, 7 on the desktop and Windows 2000, 2003 & 2008 server.

·         Fresh Graduates or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Knowledge in networking, and switches.

·         Working knowledge in network maintenance and troubleshooting, or Cisco hardware will be an added advantage.

·         Knowledge in various Operating Systems such as Windows & Linux.

·         Able to work under pressure to meet projects' tight dateline.

·         Independent and self-starter, a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

·         Possess good time management and result oriented.

·         Have own transport and willing to travel, local and to branches.

·         Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

·         Range Salary : MYR 1,500 – 2,000

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (JUNIOR/SENIOR)

Responsibilities:

1. To be part of R&D team in software/system development, which involves system study and business functionality analysis, design, develop, test, implement and release to production.
2. To support, analyze, develop, modify and maintain specific modules of existing system application.
3. To provide system and end user support; act as liaison/consultant for existing system application.
4. Able to understand and improve usability and human aesthetics aspects of the system application.
5. Ability to grasp and work with both technical and business concepts.
6. Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas.
7. Excellent analytical skills across the business and technical domains.
8. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers and team members at all levels.
9. Ability to write accurate, clear and concise documentation.
10. Experience in leading software project work.(Will be an added advantage for fresh graduate applicants)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Java, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, VB.NET – minimally two languages. (for Custom Application Developer)
3. J2ME, C, C++, XML, Delphi knowledge will be an added advantage. (for Custom Application Developer)
4. Required skill(s): Objective C, Android, PHP, MySQL, ASP, J2ME - minimally two languages.(for Mobile Application Developer)
5. Java, C, C++, XML, JSON, Drupal and .Net Framework knowledge will be an added advantage. (for Mobile Application Developer)
6. Familiar with UNIX operating systems such as Suse Linux and Windows Server Enterprise Edition.
7. In depth knowledge on Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile and other mobile platforms. (for Mobile Application Developer)
8. Good concept of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and design principles.
9. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
10. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
11. Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
12. Full-Time and Contract basis position(s) available.
13. Fresh graduates with good academic result and high programming proficiencies are encouraged to apply.
14. Must have ability to travel domestically and internationally.
15. Candidates with 3 years or less of full time industry experience must provide an official transcript of all academic results.
16. Range Salary : MYR 2,000 – 4,500
